We have found that there may be difficulties displaying the menus when using Internet Explorer. We have discovered that this is due to Ask.com toolbar add-on. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

    1. Click Start button, and then click Internet Explorer.
    2. Click Tools.
    3. Click Manage Add-ons, and then click Enable or Disable Add-ons.
    4. Select the Ask Toolbar add-on, and then click Disable.
    5. Click OK.

You should now be able to view the menus.

If disabling Ask.com add-on does not resolve the problem, please try disabling other add-ons one at a time, to determine which is causing the problem. When you want to enable an add-on, click Enable.
